grant wishes like bring people back from the next dimension, but it can
not bring them back if they died of natural causes and it can only revive them one time. Shen-Lon can not repeat a wish. If you collect all seven ball you can make a wish and then the balls turn to stone for one year. |

Porunga is the dragon created by the Namekians leader, Guru. Only Nameks can create the dragonballs.
Guru was more powerful than Kame, so his dragon can grant 3 wishes and can be used every six months. This dragon can revive anyone multiple times.
But the wishes must be said in the Namekian language or the wish will not be granted. |
